Keyword Research

Automated suggestions
The basis for successful ads is formed by relevant keywords that are associated with your products and for which your ads are played out. In our tool, you can retrieve and select all keywords that are automatically suggested by Amazon.

Manual research
Some keywords are more successful for orders than others and yet they are often forgotten when selecting keywords due to ignorance. Our experience has shown that Amazon's automatic keyword suggestions alone are often not successful. As an additional service and on request, we can carry out a complete manual keyword search for you. We attach particular importance to the so-called longtail keywords, which have a high chance of being ordered but are often not used correctly.

1-Click Campaign Creation

Creating campaigns for your ads is quick and easy. Basic settings such as campaign structure, match types to be used, budgets, bids and syntax can be made via the "1-Click Setup".These settings are then loaded as presets when you "Add Keywords". Thus, settings for several products can be made simultaneously during the creation as well as the subsequent editing of campaigns. This is a major advantage over the Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console (AMS), where each campaign must be recreated and individually modified.

The core of our software is automation. This enables smart Keyword management, which automatically identifies and responds to both profitable and unprofitable keywords. In concrete terms, this means that, for example, search terms from automatic campaigns are transferred from the system to manual ad groups in order to be able to control them individually. In addition to the transfer, the keywords in the other ad groups are also stored as "negative keywords" - this also happens automatically.

Bid adjustments

The aim of the individual controllability of keywords is to reduce or increase your bids. Keywords that trigger the playout of your ad and subsequently many orders should receive higher bids. Keywords that trigger many clicks but no orders, lower bids. Our automation guarantees an automatic adjustment of your bids, based on a performance analysis of the search terms and keywords as well as your specified target ACoS for the campaign.

Individual rules

In addition to automated bid adjustments on the basis of performance analysis using our algorithms, you can also trigger bid optimizations by creating your own rules. Simply create individual rules that are executed automatically. These follow the IF THEN approach and can be expanded at will.

Profit calculation

By entering your production costs and the VAT applicable to your product, your profit on your products will be calculated automatically.

Strategy Suggestions

In "Product Management" you have the possibility to choose a strategy from three suggestions (Break-Even, Profitable, Promote) on the basis of which the automated bid adjustments are taking place. Break-Even: Ad is played in such a way that the advertising budget is in balance with the product margin. Profitable: Bids are adjusted in such a way that the ads achieve profitable sales. Promote: Bids are adjusted in such a way that the advertising budget exceeds the profit (e.g. when launching a new product).

Individual campaign processing

Edit your settings at campaign level, such as the maximum daily budget, quickly and easily. As a vendor, you can even change the campaign names of your Sponsored Products via the Amazon interface - this is not possible via AMS.

Clean Up

The "Clean up" function ensures that a broad ad group in the campaign structure actually contains only broad keywords. "Clean up" clears up your ad groups by, for example, transferring an exact keyword that was incorrectly assigned to a broad ad group to the correct exact ad group. In addition, the negative keywords are set in the respective ad groups if this has not already been done.

Currency converter

Our currency converter automatically converts USD to EUR. So you only see one currency in the dashboard - even when selling on several marketplaces.

Rule Logs

All bid and structural adjustments made (such as transferred keywords) are listed in the rule logs. This also includes changes made manually. Compared to Amazon, you can track all changes, even those older than 60 days.

With BidX there is no contract to sign and you can upgrade or downgrade between different plans any time – directly from your account. If you choose to pay on a monthly basis, your subscription can be cancelled at any time.
